What is your primary product or service?
Drug and alcohol testing, employer DOT safety and compliance. Training classes, blood borne pathogens class, reasonable suspicion training, EMT training, refresher training and first responder classes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had been a medic firefighter for over twenty years, once I retired I was employed by the nations largest occupational health provider. I worked there for 4 years as regional manager and was working 60-70 hours per week with little reward. I went out on my own in Sept. 2011
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I go to the employer, it saves time, manhours, and the hassle of getting somone to and from in critical times.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a mobile service which means we come to the employer, this save employer labor hours for the client to wait in some clinic for 2 hours just to be tested
